Underneath the gardens of the legendary Hotel de Paris lies a paradise that remains hidden from the sun: the "Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo Wine Cellars". These hotel wine cellars are exceptional: not only are they the biggest in the world, storing about 350,000 bottles on nearly 1,500 m², but the remarkable wines they store really set them apart.
Today, these wine cellars store wines from all of France’s wine-making regions. The single most represented region is Bordeaux: 50% of the wine stored at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo are from Bordeaux.
The evening begings at 19:30, with a tour of the wine cellars accompanied by a Master Sommelier who will first explain the incredible history of this location. A wine tasting of selected wines will then take place, followed by a 4-course dinner. This event is limited to only 30 guests (at socially distanced tables), to guarantee the exclusivity and magic of the evening.
