The Winston Churchill Terrace
Hotel De Paris

The Winston Churchill Suite contains rare furniture that the former British Prime Minister brought with him on his frequent visits to the hotel, and have all been preserved in this beautiful apartment named after him.

The Suite is ideal for an indoor private dinner of 20 guests before enjoying a glass of Champagne on the balcony overlooking the harbour and Royal Palace.

The view is simply spectacular at night time.

The Grill Room Outdoor Terrace
Churchill Terrace, Hotel De Paris

Le Grill sits on the top floor of the Hotel de Paris. It has breathtaking views over the harbour and Cote D’Azur. At night, two of its panels retract so that diners can see the stars beyond.

The Grill menu is Modern French and, not surprisingly, the seafood is excellent. Classic dishes are prepared by dedicated chef Sylvain Etievant.

Private dining is available for up to 28 guests.

L'Argentin Grill
Fairmont Hotel

The soothing shades evoke the light of the setting sun over the sea, the interior design maximizing the sea views from every angle.

An intimate walkway arranges several tables along the bay windows, the main room alternates tables in a style which recalls the great American diners, and a private dining room invites intimate gatherings.

The new menu offers a neo-classically inspired cuisine which revisits great culinary traditions.

Le Brasserie
Restaurant & Dining Terrace, Columbus Hotel

The Columbus Brasserie is a wonderfully relaxed dining experience, arranged over split levels with spacious seating and an outdoor terrace that is perfect for evening drinks. For those who prefer something more discreet, there is a private dining room which can cater for up to 8 people and two further private salons for larger corporate parties of up to 90 people. The attention to detail is simply remarkable.
